IIB Business Partnership Requirements
To qualify to be a IIB PARTNER you will need to possess a minimum area of 1500 sq feet (self owned or rented) in a quiet, tranquil and peaceful locality. The premises should be an open outdoor area to match which will act as the outdoor play area. The premises should also have independent access, attached toilet facilities and should be well ventilated. Preference will be accorded to independent space with above mentioned minimum facilities.

Selected IIB partners will undergo an extensive training program on the business strategies for owning and operating a successful IIB terminal . In addition to these IIBs and their staff members will receive initial and continuous training for the IRS curriculum and the training method.
But the fundamental requirement to be a IIB PARTNER is the commitment to help carry forward our ambition of making LARGEST TRUSTED IT BUSINESS NETWORK.
Franchise fees:
The franchise fee is a one time payment made by the IIB Partner when the IIB Partnership is granted. The initial franchise fee covers the cost of approving a location, initial IIB Training package, and IIB kit including software’s, web applications of the IIB Partner.
Royalty fees:
Royalty fees, a percentage of net monthly business, are paid monthly by the IIB Partner during the entire term of the agreement.
Marketing fees:
Marketing fees are used to market and advertise the IIB system. An advertising fee is based upon mutual discussion and the final decisions are full of at management discretion

Telephone Introduction
A staff member will contact you and introduce you to our program and business opportunity. Our Sales staff is trained to thoroughly explain our unique position in the market and why owning a IIB Partnership may be the right choice for you.

Step 5
Review and Award Notification
While you are reviewing our IIB Project Report and performing your due diligence, we will continue to process your application, performing a credit and background check. If we determine that you are a good candidate to become a IIB Partner, and you agree to proceed, we will arrange a meeting to sign our franchise agreement. At this point, the initial franchise fee is required. You are now an official member of the IRS IIB team and family. Now the excitement begins!!!

Step 6
Training
We will train you in the IIB method of doing IT Business. We believe that an effective training program is critical to early and ongoing success of our IIB partners. Our training program is extensive, thorough and ongoing. We require classroom training in one of our training facilities, and on-site behind-the-counter training in an open store.
From these training sessions you will walk away with the confidence, knowledge and skills you will need to open and manage your own IIB Terminal operation. We also offer additional training courses on topics throughout the year that will help improve your business.
All IIBs are assigned an Business Development Officer whose principal responsibility is to provide the support and assistance to help you operate a successful IIB business. Further support and training is available via company newsletters, online chat boards, and IIB meetings. |
Step 7
Pre-Opening
| In the weeks before your store is opened the IIB Training team will come to your location. During this time we will help train your hired employees on the IIB system. We will help you with marketing, advertising and any pre-opening questions that may arise. We will make sure you and your team are comfortable, knowledgeable and ready to make your venture a huge success |
Step 8
Grand Opening
The Big Day! You will be ready. However, we always have a member of our staff on-site to help if questions arise. Your new customers will leave your IIB Center satisfied and excited to return for their next visit to your IIB CENTER
