IRS - Psycho Linguistic Training
IRS Psycho-Linguistic Training (IRS – PLT) is a novel and ambitious approach of the parent company (of IRS Informatics India Pvt. Ltd.), which is aimed at imparting soft skills and English language development programs for students who undergo our Hardware and Networking programs.
Our Psycho-Linguistic Curriculum and Training which is both systematic and practical, overhauls and streamlines the leadership qualities and communicative skills, which is the latent in a student. Mock Interviews, which forms an integral part of the training process, enables the student to face future interviews boldly . The psychological part of the training totally transforms the student to handle time crunch IT project schedules thereby infusing time management qualities, which are vital in an IT work culture.
Our training not only mobilizes the positive qualities in an individual but also teaches him for a timely and selective application of these in accordance with the demands of the situation.
Our mission is to groom our students as an ideal and dynamic TEAM LEADERS and PROJECT LEADERS of tomorrow and not to end up their careers as mere team members.
